The Order
The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by CODAGE Paris. CODAGE Paris reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer is already in dispute with CODAGE Paris or if CODAGE Paris believes that the Customer is at risk of defaulting on payment. CODAGE Paris reserves the right to ask the Customer for additional information if it considers it necessary, such as proof of identity or proof of address. If the Customer does not respond within 5 days of placing the order, the order and payment shall be cancelled. CODAGE Paris undertakes to honour the orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.

Returns and Exchanges
For all returns, please send us a short email to info@mycodage.com to let us know.
Please include: your order number, the product(s) being returned, the reason(s) for the return and a request for an exchange, voucher or refund.
Any Customer may request an exchange of their item within 14 days of the order date.
The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.
The return address will be indicated to the Customer according to its address.
It is not necessary to attach any document to the package.We advise you to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number.

If the item is refused by CODAGE Paris, it is returned to the Customer at the expense of CODAGE Paris without the Customer can demand any compensation whatsoever.
If the return has not been announced by the customer, a voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer.when the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions, for example, gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached, if you return products and the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer, in this case we must also return the gift to be refunded.
